#GlassSlipperSisters, and for the next few weeks, I plan to host each of my
fellow Glass Slipper Sisters, and highlight her book. This week, I’d like to showcase
The Plot:
Cindi wants a perfect
match—of designer shoes, that is. When her stepmother gets tickets to the
Jiminy Shoes trunk sale, it looks like her dreams are coming true. Until her
stepmother refuses to bring her along. With a little luck, Cindi finds herself
at the sale with the shoes of her dreams, and a handsome man to boot. But when
she dashes off with one of the pricey shoes by mistake, her life changes
forever.
Bio:
Lisa Scott is a
former TV news anchor who now enjoys making up stories instead of sticking to
the facts. She's worked in Bangor, ME, Rochester, NY and Buffalo, NY. She lives
in upstate NY with her husband, two children, dog, cat, and koi fish. When not
writing, she works as a voice actor, having narrated the Cinderella Treasure Trove videos.
She writes romance
(Flirts! short story collections, and The Willowdale Romance Series) along with
middle grade fiction for children. Her debut middle grade novel, School of Charm, was released by
Katherine Tegen Books, an imprint of HarperCollins, in 2014.
